In the past, our company has sent our soldering instructors to China Lake 
for training and certification. We certified for  both hand and machine 
(wave)soldering.
The questions:
1.  What other programs are available (please include location, duration, 
and cost, if known) ?
2.  Is an SMT soldering  instructor's school available?
