I would suggest you give Mark Palmer a call at EnviroSense, they are
developing some pretty good products that we have good success with.

Hello technetters,
Can anyone recommend an effective saponifier for no-clean paste/flux that is
easily disposed of? I am particularly interested in finding an inorganic
saponifier with low BOD/COD (such as Armakleen E-2001 from Church & Dwight)
that would require minimal treatment before going to drain. The saponifier
will be used in Treiber and Austin American Technology stencil/miscreened board
cleaners. Any info would be appreciated.
