Hi Ron,

Assuming good quality drills, good extraction, and the correct
feed/speed parameters, it may be you are trying to drill too high a
stack. If that is the case, then peck drilling will eliminate the
problem. One peck half way down with the second all the way through may
be sufficient, or perhaps three pecks.

If you cannot peck drill, then try reducing the stack height.
