Ingemar it looks like you have been double plated. Most terminations with
copper are for RF applications because they take the ferrous metal out of
the circuit. I do not know why they would plate with copper and then
nickel over. I would guess this may be the root of your problem.

Got problem with 0603 100nF/16VDC/X7R, Rins > 10-100 kOhms, sometimes
lower. Failure rate 1-2%.
Q: Terminals AgCuNiSnPb instead of usual AgNiSnPb. Never seen Cu before.
Why Cu?
