Jesse,

I don't really have a specific brand name for you that I would recommend.
What is the ohms per square rating of the tiles? Are they presented as
conductive, static dissipative, what?

A couple of thoughts on the matter:
1. If you go with static flooring, you also need to implement heel straps.
Most shoe soles are insulators to some degree. Unless the charge can go
from the body to the dissipative flooring, the flooring is useless.

2. Do you have plans to keep your maintenance personnel (i.e. janitors) out
of the area. Applying normal wax over a static dissipative floor renders the
protection null and void. Along the same lines, I would not recommend any of
the ESD floor waxes. Heard too many horror stories and have never had
success with them myself.

3. What kind of grounding scheme are you using for the benches and wrist
straps?
