Bed of nails tester typically test utilizing DC signals.  Loaded PCB test
fixtures do use "Spring Pins" which require some frequency to travel
through.  The spring in the probe looks like an inductor to an AC signal. 
Reduce the inductance buy reducing the travel of the probe.  

Some test systems may utilize a spring probe at the connection of the
fixture to the tester also.
