David and Chris ; could you please forward to Justin the specs of reflow
RJ11versions (clip in hole anchor ; solder tag anchor) we discussed recently
please .
Justin the tag version you can straight p&p ;
let the folks know if you'd like tube or tape .
My choice would be aluminium slide on vibro table ; and empty the tube into
that ;
sliding from tube is nonreliable ; and tape of this size may be cumbersome .

have a fun                                          paul

PS
Durability on both is fine ; you can enhance this by back up moulded in
enclosure ; or something on that motto .

Subject: [TN] Connectors and Intrusive reflow

Hi all,
I am looking at moving a number of our leaded parts from wave soldering to
intrusive reflow. Problem is with a number of the connectors, is that they
are only safe up to 80-90 deg C. Does anybody know of a company
manufacturing high temperature resistant phone jack connectors??
Alternatively, what are people's experiences with surface mount connectors
of the same type with regard to joint durability vs the through-hole
variety?

Thanks and Regards
