The Gemini does use a positive displacement pump. We are also using
     3609.

I'm not familiar w/ how Gemini brings the needle down to get a consistent
z-height above the board. It has been my experience however that it is
extraordinarily important that this is consistent. I have an older Camalot,
we had to purchase a z-axis compensator for it from Camalot. Also, does the
Gemini use a positive displacement pump? I have also found that this helped
a lot. We just switched from Loctite 348 to Loctite 3609. 3609 is much
better for us.
