Dee,

Suggest you look at www.smallparts.com for ceramic female-female standoffs and use a setscrew in one end to make
them male-female.

Other solution is to get delrin rod from them then drill/tap holes in both ends as I can't recall ever seeing delrin commercially
available as standoffs.
