there is another process on the market which can make ur customers life a
little easier -
manufactured by Atotech - called PD-TECH. PD - TECH is an electroless
palladium process - copper will not difuse through palldium - excellent
solderability - won' t oxidize or tarnish and can be processed in dip tank
like electroless copper or in conveyorized system.
