Dear Sir,

I'm looking for Solderable power diodes and IGBT makers. Rating for
power diodes is preferably 600V and 30-50A, solderable IGBT is needed
for full range of power dissipation: 500V-1200V, 30A-100A. We've got
solderable high power diode anyway, but information on that is still
appreciated.
