Can anyone out there give me their opinion of the new PADS - PowerPCB 
     075-SP PCB Design package. We are considering purchasing this package 
     but must first solicite customer satisfaction or otherwise. We are not 
     looking for a power production package, but merely an engineering 
     package for quick circuit design and proof of concept design purposes. 
     It needs to be user friendly, easy set up, and for the occasional 
     user. PLEASE! NO SALES PITCHES.
