Does anyone have experience picking & placing BGA's, from matrix trays, using the
FUJI IP-2? The equipment's stock shuttle system does not appear to be capable of
holding, via the shuttle's vacuum nozzle, the component from its underside. Any
comments on your experiences would be appreciated.
