I am looking for a low cost, simple 2d-CAD package that I can use to
make simple lithography mask designs. Something on the order of
DesignCad or AutoCad Lite is desired. However, I would like it to be
GDSII compatible so that I can send drawings directly to a mask house.
I've heard that such a program is available for a couple hundred
dollars, but I don't know where to find it.

Can anyone help?
