There is a SIGNIFICANT difference between hand lotions and hand sanitizers.

Hand lotions are high Non-volatile oily residue messes.
[It has been demonstrated that from a "skin moisturizing" measurement, pure Vaseline petroleum jelly is ideal]

Hand Sanitizers are virtually completely volatile, and leave a small charged, ionic, residue.

To discuss them as the same is probably not conceptually justified.

In a previous life, I was a cosmetic chemist...
I got out because I could not deal with the fact that the most important aspects in cosmetics is the packaging and fragrance...
