Some suggestions are..

1) Go to the Protel website & sign up for the Protel email forum.
    Its like a TechNet but just for Protel users...
2) If you have the manuals for Protel available (If not get them
ordered) read them from cover to cover.
3) Open some older designs & learn from them.
4) Get on technical support (if not already)
5) Take a Protel training course.
6) Start it up & play around, try every option on the menu's, make
deliberate errors & see what they do, experience is one of the
best tutors, so lots of sitting in front of the PC "playing around"
helps.
