We are looking are purchasing a vision inspection system for populated
boards.
Our requirements are:
SMT and PLT
Component missing
Component polarity
Some wrong part
We are looking for a turnkey system, there appears to be a considerable
number of companies that will sell us the guts of the system with us doing
the integration, we'd rather avoid this and purchase an off the shelf
system.
We are an aerospace (commercial and military) low volume/high part count
facility.
Cycle time is not the utmost criteria.
