Hi,

I've done layouts in many types of technologies, but not BGAs. I find
myself finally needing some tips on the basics. I understand the trace
pattern to wire up the device, but, how do i figure out whether I can
use a via, say .02(.5mm) or if I must go to microvia technology. Any
info will be helpful, ASAP! Were starting a hot project right now.
