The Omegameter line is static.  The Ionographs are dynamic.

By what specification?  J-STD-001 does not really give a level broken down by
class, taking the approach that this is an agreed on value between you and
your customer.  The Telcordia spec GR-78 covers it under the heading of
Solvent Extract Conductivity.  Chapter 13 or 14 if I recall.
