Jack - Your four options look good to me ;-)

Actually, the objective was to develop a set of documents that
	- had less duplication
	- tracked the international standard format
	- were easier to update thus cutting down the amount of committee 
	time required for update. (I'm not sure this helped yet, but am 
	hopeful for the future)

Therefore, there is a Generic printed board standard, supplemented by 
sectional documents on Rigid performance, Flex performance, MCM-L, PCMCIA 
and others as needed.  Thus the flex committee can concentrate on their 
sectional and only has to input into the generic.  

We're really not trying to drive you crazy, it just seems that way.
