THis is a 10k sqft facility, with class 100,000 clean rooms, cap-acity for 30k RF MCA's/year
The microelectronic automated assembly line features an automatic die sorter with automatic
wafer maping, automatic pic & place with epoxy dispenser, in-line epoxy cure oven with
input/output buffers, automatic ribbon & wire bonders, and automatic marking system.

The program will consist of an overview of TRW's microelectronics Opreations and 
factory tour of both the Automated assembly line and the Manual assembly line.
