Hi .. your questions:

reflow concerns: none
wavesolder: no problem .. no masking needed. (but watch for any exposed
copper in the switch area)

inline with earlier posts, you want to specify a 30 Ohm per square ink which
does not need silver.
Source for the ink is another matter, lots of gray areas there.

what you want to pay attention to is the design of the switch itself. you
may not necessarily want to simply carry over the existing gold pattern to
the carbonink version.

besides that, there are zillions of carbonink switches out there working
very reliably.
