 I am setting up a small PB-free workstation for hand-add of a
through-hole 5-pin stereo headphone jack to a previously cleaned PB-free
SMT assembly. I would like to maintain the PB-free status of the
product. I plan to buy a 1/2 pound (or maybe less) spool of solder. I
do not plan to clean the product after the connector is added. I'd like
to make the soldering process as easy as possible, so I'd like to know
what your favorite "works well" solder. Can you suggest your favorite:

1. alloy/mix?
2. no-clean flux composition?
3. flux core size?

Thanks,
Carl
