TechNetters, I am looking for instruments to measure surface profiles on PCBs, or regions of PCBs. Dimensions  of areas to be covered are 70 mm x 50 mm, maxima - I think.

Keyence people have been around several times with a variety of gadgetry, and I plan on contacting them again. Any recommendations or guidance would be appreciated.  Louis Hart
