Hello,

I'm looking for MCM fabrication / design technics step-by-step.
I've been doing PCB Designs for severals years also, But now a days I'm
seeing lots of activities going on in MCM design filed. Just for my
interest, I would like to understand the technology involved in
MCM design / fabrication. How different is this process.

Can any one tell me where can I get a white-paper on this where it
explains complete procedure for design and fabrication with respect to
MCM - C, D, L.
