See the IPC/EPA reports issued during IPC Expo on the performance
demonstration of direct metallization processes (all available types) and
electroless copper. The initial results showed that direct metallization
processes are at least equivalent to electroless using IST thermal cycling
stress tests and by physical cross sectioning.
