	Herein lies why this has become an issue, I'll bet.  There's
	been headhunter activity here of late.  How about limiting
	job posting ability to subscribers or members?  Possibly un-
	enforcable with other than flame tactics.

	Employers only, no agencies?

	Figures this comes up just as I was going to post a couple of
	positions...
