What kind of spray fluxer are you using? Shop air driven spray, internal
pump driven spray, ultrasonic, moving head, stationary head?
What kind of flux are you using? RMA, SA, RA, OA?
What is the solids content in the flux?
Is the flux an alcohol based flux?
Where are the skips? Leading edge, trailing edge, one side edge or both
side edges?

We encounter some problems with insufficient solder an no solder in
our wave soldering machine.
