     Dan-

Saw a brief article on mini-cards earlier today in "Electronics
Products" magazine, May 1996 issue, p.17.

It says they use an elastomeric connector from Elastomeric
Technologies, sold through Augat. Connector is designated Stax SD 3.5

The Miniature Card Implementers Forum has a web page at
     http://www.mcif.org.

Has anybody heard anything about mini-cards?

I understand they have something like rows of gold pads for
elastomeric connectors. (?????) Little bitty guys, real thin.
