I generally recommend the level not exceed 64.5% for both performance and
economic reasons. Ductility may be degraded, melting point subtly affected,
and costs of operation (over adding?) increase.
Do you ask this from the perspective of one considering to experiment with
higher ratios, or are you experiencing a shift in operating conditions?
