Actually, Ingemar, Archimedes (Greek, not Sicilian, so I believe) did not get the whole story. You see, when he got in his bath and ruined the carpet, he'd been eating Heinz beans and had a goodly dose of CH4 in his fat gut. This was compressed by the hydrostatic pressure, so he did not spill as much water as his corpulence dictated. Now, the warmth of the hot water increased the peristaltic movement of his colon and, suddenly, all the CH4 was released, producing an enormous series of large bubbles, ostensibly to contribute to global
warming. As he was relaxing, smoking a fat cigar, the CH4 suddenly became CO2 + 2H2O, robbing a couple of molecules of oxygen from the air, producing local, rather than global, warming that singed his beard and warmed the water in his bath further, causing the said gentleman to expand, as well as the water itself. What happened to the water level?

Which meant 'the water is overflowing my basin and the floor carpet is destroyed'. Now my question: OK, light is switched on and runs with e through blackness, pushing darkness aside. Then, bright Ron, what way does the darkness take after being pushed away? If I bang my right hand violently into the cake, the whole tarte will..well..get somewhere else.
