When you run a profile what temperature is the board leaving the oven at and
also what is the cool down rate (degrees per second). You mention that the
cooling fans are on but just because the switch is turned on how do you know
they are working? By looking at a profile from a board you will be able to
see whether or not the board is actually cooling down at all.
