Hello Dave,
long since I saw you on the net. I wonder what experience you have from MMIC chips with possible extra PI coating over SiN3. We buy a chip from Rockwell and are uncertain about automated chip mounting. The question is what kind of P-P tools that are suitable in order not to cause surface defects on this tiny creature (1sq millimeter). Do you have own lab facilities or experience from analysis of different semi coatings or can you recommend some else Rockwell specialist?
