I agree. I can't wait to see what "other high density technology" is.
     (Maybe some of what will be on display at Nepcon?)

J-STD-013, tentatively titled "Implementation of Ball Grid Array and 
Other High Density Technology," is not yet available. We do not have a 
publication date at this time.
