selective soldering.

Solder and Flux applicator clips -- a cost effective method of pre-
attaching  significant volumes of solder with flux to thru-hole 
connector leads. Thereby enabling inline placement and reflow with 
conventional SMT equipment -- without adding additional solder, 
solder paste, or flux.
