Help!  I am on a team that has been tasked with trying to develop DSSM
scorecards for several assemblies.  We have found many resources and
guidelines for determining opportunities in CCAs but nothing for mechanical
assemblies - ie bent up sheet metal parts with holes, inserts, plating, etc
and/or complex machined metal housings.  Somehow just assigning each piece
part one opportunity for a defect seems too simplistic.  Any ideas or
resources?  TIA
