Richard,

Try looking in the JEDEC Publication 95, under the CO- and CS- standards.
They specify which tray size and type are applicable for what size QFP,
TSOP, TSSOP, and BGA components (tube packaging is also included).  You can
find these at the IPC/JEDEC website at: http//:www.jedec.org .  You will
also find that some vendors do not always use JEDEC registered packaging.
