Fred,
The company which I work for is just started to changeover to no-clean.
From the trials which
we have carried out to date the best general all round flux has been Alpha
SLS 65. We have
been successful  in achieving reflow on 90 thou boards using an Econo-Pack
spray fluxer and
an air knife on an Electrovert UPK 600. However the PCB's which we are
building are not densely
populated with thru-hole components.
