With respect to primary image dry film, the issue with attack is
difficult to avoid. Try contacting DuPont as I believe that they have
done a significant amount of work on this topic.

With respect to solder mask, you need to ask whether the mask is epoxy
based or acrylate based. The epoxy based masks stand up to the aggressive
nickel solutions much better than acrylate based masks.
