John Barton asked about an Ionic Testing issue:

Some ionically charged chemistry is trapped in the board below the resist that
is gradually leaching back to the surface? Or, the solder resist is not fully
cured before despatch?

You say that the cleaner has frequently drained autowash and de-i rinse. Is
there any chemistry or saponifier in the wash? Is the de-i rinse at < 20mS?

By what means does the customer do his ionic ROSE testing? Is it the same
machine as yours? Bear in mind that there are equivalency factors for each
type of machine.

Let me know and maybe we can give some more help, [log in to unmask]
