But Doug is so busy trying to fill the demands of the IPC and other major organizations that he only has time to update the table.......periodically.

Hi TechNet - FYI but Doug has published over 70 Half Fractional elements and there is a plan to create the Periodic Table of Half Fraction Elements for everyone's use.
