I'm serving on an in-house Defense Avionics Division Manufacturing Council
and am seeking suppliers, vendors, manufacturing representatives, etc. who
are willing to address the council.
If you are willing to make an informative presentation (20 minutes up to 1
1/2 hr) on your product and/or process to the council, please contact me.
Council invitation list for each monthly meetings normally runs around 45 to 
50.
Respondants names and topics will be submitted to the council chair for
consideration upon receipt.

Topics the council has expressed interest in, but should not be limited to,
include:
The use of plastic ICs, BGAs, etc. on military hardware, ESD, Low residue 
and/or
no-clean flux, Conformal coating CCAs after no-clean flux, Transitioning
from the Mil-Std-2000A arena to J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610, Demand Flow
Manufacturing/Just-In-Time methodology, New developments in PWB laminate
materials for SMT and/or thru-hole technologies, New developments in
semi-automatic part stuffing for thru hole technology.

The remaining 1996 Manufacturing Council meetings are scheduled for: Oct.
10, Nov.14 and Dec. 05 but if needed, it may be possible (conference room
availablity dependent) to re-schedule one or more of them to fit your
schedule.  Monthly meetings normally are scheduled from 11:00 to 1:00 or
11:30 to 1:30.  !997 monthly council meeting schedule has not been firmed up 
yet,
expect finalization very soon.
