Folks - I seem to recall some industry classifications called IP6 and IP7, which was brought up in the context of conformal coatings. I believe that they had to do with the environmental survivability of an assembly or system.

Does anyone know what specification calls out IP6/IP7 classifications?

Thanks in advance.
