Dear TechNetters,

I was wondering if some of you could offer some information in terms of incoming
Quality levels for production material into your plants. I am looking for
some Benchmark data to redo our current phylosophy on incoming Quality
Levels. I would just like to see either in the form of % or PPM or DPMO
as to what levels you are holding your suppliers too. Also what type of
actions do you take when they fall above that? Any information would be
very helpful. Also if anyone knows of studies or benchmarks that have
been done in the past on this topic that would be helpful as well.

Thanks,

James
