Allow me to be a little more specific about my request for SMT test
     points.

We have recently moved our manufacturing needs to tier 1 assembly
houses to better address quality, cost and manufacturability issues.
Our present surface mount boards use thru-hole test loops. Our tier 1
vendor requests that we replace these loops with an SMT version
available on tape and reel in order to eliminate the hand soldering
process and lower the assembly time and costs.

At present we use TP102, 103, and 104 series loops from Components
Corporation. They recently sent us spec sheets on their TP107 surface
mount series. Recommended pad size is .184 X .134. Our recent PCB's
utilized the 104 series with recommended hole size of .068 and a .1
pad. Our boards are dense and require up to 50 points, so you see the
107 series is too large to use as a replacement. We are looking for
something in the 1206 or smaller component size.

Hope this clarifies my request and "thanks to all" who have already
     responded.
