Hi Technetters,
I'm a student at Georgia Tech looking into PTH reliability. Boris
Mirman from DEC published one of the few papers on mathematical models of
PTH failures in 1988. Has anyone applied this model to their designs? I
would like to see an example of how the calculations are carried out. In
particular, I'm curious as to how ul, the "eigenvalues of the problem" are
calculated.
Many thanks,
Andy Scholand
