An ODB++ file is an all encompassing file probably from a Valor output
piece of software. It contains all of the information relevant to the
design, fabrication and quite possibly to manufacturing outputs required
for PCB assembly.

What kind of ODB++ is? Is it a drill file? What is the use of it?
