Prolinx Labs Corp., San Jose CA is currently looking for

1. PRODUCT AND PROCESS ENGINEERS
Basic requirement:
BS or MS in Mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering, Chemistry or
Material science. Four years experience in PCB packaging.  Experience
working in a TQM environment, SPC and ISO9000.  Experience working with
customers.
 
2. PROCESS INTEGRATION ENGINEERS
Basic requirement:
Material/Physics/Chemstry/EE background, Ph.D/MS. Working on Hi-Tech PCB
process integration; advanced IC packaging technology development. Previous
experience is preferred but not necessary, basic PC skill required.

3. POLYMER ENGINEER
Basic requirement:
Ph.D/MS in  Chemistry or Chmical engineering.  Work on photoimageable
polymer project, study photo polymer's moisture senitivity

4. TEST ENGINEERS
Basic requirement:
Responsible for IC package reliability test.  Two year experience in all the
stress tests, data and failure analysis. BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical
Engineering, Material Science or Physics required.
