Ryan,

We use the 3M 7300S half-face and 7800S full-face respirators.  The
filters are
the 7253 Organic vapor/Acid Gas cartridge and the P100 particulate
filter in a dual stack-up.  The filters are 99.7% effective and conform
to OSHA 42 CFR 84.  It is probably overkill, but I'd rather be safe than
sorry as far as the operators and myself are concerned.

Question for you.  Are you doing blood monitoring or Air monitoring?
What guidelines do you have for the blood monitoring?  Frequency?
According to 1910.106 (I think) it is unclear (at least to me) when
specifically it should be done.  The section talks about airborne
monitoring as the driving force.
