The American Arbitration Association has been the long-time administrator of
grievances involving disputes between PCB manufacturers, their suppliers and
customers. They provide a forum for dispute resolution that can be far more
economical and effective than the traditional courtroom. If you are involved
in drafting contracts, invoices or purchase orders for your company, you
should seriously consider including an AAA arbitration clause. For further
